Okay, here’s the trivia about our City, CDO heart of Asia that one of our shopping malls belong to the one of the largest malls in the world. Yes largest malls in the world and that is the Limketkai Mall, the Limketkai Mall is the top 22 malls in the world according to enotes. The Limketkai Mall was opened last 1991 with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 250,152 m2 (2.69 million sq ft) and a total area of 320,000 m² (3.44 million sq ft) with 500 plus stores. It’s already 21 years now but the Limketkai Mall still continue the development of the area and no doubt if the Mall of Kagay-an will become one of the top 10 malls in the world.
