Worth of P653-M Project For Italpinas in Cagayan de Oro

Italpinas invested P653 million in Primavera City with an 11-storey two-tower construction. The second project will have nine floors of residential units, one floor for office tenants and one floor for commercial use. According to the President of Italpinas Jose Leviste because of the acceptance in the market since the achievement in 2014, Italpinas decided to have a follow-up project after its first project gained big.

“We are very happy for the acceptance of the buyers for our project. As with the Primavera Residences, we are putting all our full efforts into the Primavera City and we hope that it receives the same success as our first project here in Cagayan de Oro,” said Jose Leviste III, president of Italpinas.

Last October 1, 2016, the construction of Phase 1 of Primavera City is already started. Leviste said one good feature that Primavera City boasts is its location. The project is located at a certified economic zone.

This new project is located at the Pueblo de Oro estate in uptown Cagayan de Oro.
