Mindanao Will Cater More International Flights

Mindanao will cater more and more international flights in the near future. Shown below is the short-listed existing, upcoming, and planned international flight routes from Mindanao. As of recently, there are only two international flights in Mindanao which are hosted by Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao. This year, two more international flights will be added; one will be the Zamboanga-Malaysia flight in October and Davao-Malaysia flight in November. The planned routes shown below are based on different news reports. It can be recalled that Air Asia eyed ten unnamed routes in Davao and some more 20 airlines have expressed interest in opening a Davao direct route.
