I think Cagayan de Oro is the 2nd City has 2 SM Mall in Mindanao if I’m not mistaken and please correct me if I’m wrong. Another SM Mall will rise along C.M Recto, Cagayan de Oro and they call it initially SM CDO2 Premiere with only a lot area of 3 hectares including the Agudo lot but with creative ideas they design and really utilized the small area. The location of the upcoming of SM CDO2 Premiere in Cagayan de Oro is located at the former bottling facility by Coca-Cola. They don’t have an official name in this building but theyit as CDO2 as the second mall in the City. This SM Mall CDO2 is much taller than most SM in the country. How good is that? Is it shows that Cagayan de Oro is more booming city.
The good about this SM Mall CDO2 is that the mall will have 4 levels with an 8-level BPO building on top based on the perspective.
On the left side on this Mall, Tune Hotel was rise and it looks like that this area will become more interesting to the shoppers and even to the hotel guests.
Based on the building footprint of the new SM CDO plans here will be 3 levels of parking area starting at the 2nd level with ramp shown at right. From this level you the visibility of the CM Recto Avenue on the top right and exiting at Osmeña Street (lower left). Loading bays are shown at the back of the building.
So what is the difference between this Premiere Mall and the SM Mall?
