CDO Encyclopedia was invited to a site tour of the Ayala Land which is the only Ayala land premiere in the Island of Mindanao and it was also known as Alegria Hills. Alegria Hills has an area of 380 hectares which owned by Ayala land and the most elite development in the whole Mindanao, even surpassing Davao’s Abreeza. The development of the Alegria Hills was started last 2007 and good news during this development 40% of Phase 1 was sold by the prominent families of Cagayan de Oro and some neighboring cities and municipalities. The Phase 1 of Alegria Hills with a total land area of 8 Hectares only has 90 properties to be occupied and good news; only less than 10 are available this time.
The phase 2 of Alegria Hills is coming and it is one of the best areas because it was over looking and you can see how beauty is Cagayan de Oro during night. Alegria Hills has also infinity swimming pool which you can enjoy if you are a home owner, small church, and playground for the kids, club house and many more which I’m pretty sure home owners will enjoy these facilities.
Alegria Hills is one of the expensive subdivisions in Cagayan de Oro who has a the minimum cost of the area is about 2.5 Million to 5 Million pesos which equivalent more or less 7 thousand pesos per square meter not so much higher than Xavier Estates (which is around 6.5k / sqm). But considering the crowd they’re developing over Alegria Hills. 4 Million Minimum the amount of house to build in Alegria Hills same as other subdivisions they have also minimum amount of your house to build. But good news is that they will not pressure the owner to build their home immediately or give some deadline to build their home.
